Introduction

Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is a product with wide application; used for transport no solid particles contained water or Chemical and Physics water. Its typical application mainly includes the following aspects:

Working Condition
1. Transport the water and other liquid similar to the water in physical and chemical characteristic.
2. Working pressure of Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump: system pressure≤2.5MPa.
(System pressure=inlet pressure + working pressure≤2.5MPa)
3. Medium temperature of Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump: <105°C.
4. Ambient temperature of Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump: lower than 40 °C, comparably humidity should less than 95%.
5. Material of Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is main cast iron and medium should be non-corrosive.
(Solid particle: <80mg/l)

Structure
1. Both inlet and outlet of this Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump are placed under the axial line, the Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump casing is opened in the middle so it is unnecessary to remove the water inlet and outlet pipelines and motor if repaired. The pump moves CW viewing from the motor side. The pump moving CCW can also be made.
2. Both double suction pump casing and cover form the working chamber of the impeller and there are threaded holes for mounting vacuum and pressure meters on the flanges ant both inlet and outlet have water draining plug on the lower side of flange.
3. The impeller of Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is static-balance and dynamic balance tested, fixed by the side nuts and the shaft sleeve nuts and its axial position can be adjusted via the nuts and axial force will be get balanced by means of the symmetrical arrangement of its blades, there may be residual axial force which is borne by the bearing at the axial end.
4. This Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump shaft is supported by two centripetal ball bearings, which are mounted inside of the bearing chamber on both ends of the pump and lubricated with grease. The double suction seal ring is used to reduce the leakage.
5. This Single Stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is driven directly via flexible coupling. (V-belt driving will be available if required).
6. The shaft seal of double suction pump is mechanical seal or packing seal.
